该烘箱为热风循环、自动智能控制工艺全过程的变压器专用烘干设备。烘箱顶部设置大风量低噪声耐温型离心式风机, 加热室设置在内胆两侧风道内,工作时工作室内采用左右风道下部(约1/3高度)出风的方式,垂直向上送风,使工件外部各个部分同时受热;在工作室内热风与工件进行充分热交换后均匀回流到顶部吸风室,然后再经风机送入两侧风道内(加热室)再次加热,周而复始。由于采用了大风量,高风压的循环风机进行强迫式热风循环,从而保证了工作室内良好的温度均匀性。使烘箱内室温度达到工艺要求。
该设备具有控温精度高、操作简便、节能、安全可靠性高等特点.广泛应用于生产变压器行业的变压器线圈浸渍干燥(固化)工艺及环氧变浇注后的固化使用.
热风由工作室顶部加热室加热后,经循环风机吹入进入外侧风道,导流板均匀风分量,多孔板均匀层压式出风,水平吹向工件并进行热交换,再由工作室内侧风道吸入回到加热室,形成周而复始的热风循环

This oven is a transformer specific drying equipment with hot air circulation and automatic intelligent control throughout the entire process. A high air volume, low-noise, and temperature resistant centrifugal fan is installed at the top of the oven. The heating chamber is located in the air ducts on both sides of the inner chamber. During operation, the working chamber uses the lower part of the left and right air ducts (about 1/3 height) to blow air vertically upwards, so that all parts of the workpiece outside are heated simultaneously; After sufficient heat exchange between the hot air and the workpiece in the studio, it flows back evenly to the top suction chamber, and then is sent into the two side air ducts (heating chamber) by the fan for further heating, repeating the process. Due to the use of high air volume and high-pressure circulating fans for forced hot air circulation, good temperature uniformity in the working room is ensured. Make the temperature inside the oven meet the process requirements.
This device has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy, easy operation, energy saving, and high safety and reliability. It is widely used in the production of transformer coils for immersion drying (curing) process and curing after epoxy transformer casting in the transformer industry
The hot air is blown into the outside air duct by circulating fan after being heated in the heating room at the top of the studio. The guide plate distributes air equally and air comes out of multi-hole plate in a homogenous and laminating manner and goes to work piece horizontally for heat exchange. Then the air is inhaled back to the heating room through the side air duct, forming a hot air circulate.
