变压器真空注油设备操作方法：

通过试抽真空检查油箱的强度，一般局部弹性变形不应超过箱壁厚度的2倍，并检查真空系统的严密性。 

1 以均匀的速度抽真空，达到指定真空度并保持2h后，开始向变压器油箱内注油(一般抽空时间=1/3～1/2暴露空气时间)，注油温度宜略高于器身温度；

2 以3～5t/h的速度将油注入变压器距箱顶约200mm时停止，并继续抽真空保持4h以上；

3 变压器补油：变压器经真空注油后补油时，需经储油柜注油管注入，严禁从下部油门注入，注油时应使油流缓慢注入变压器至规定的油面为止，再静止12h。

Operation method of transformer vacuum filling equipment:

By testing the strength of the tank by vacuum pumping, the general local elastic deformation should not exceed twice the thickness of the tank wall, and check the tightness of the vacuum system.

1. After vacuum is pumped at a uniform speed, the specified vacuum degree is reached and maintained for 2 hours, oil is injected into the transformer tank (the general pumping time = 1/3-1/2 exposure time). The temperature of oil injection should be slightly higher than the body temperature.

2. When the oil is injected into the transformer at a speed of 3-5 t/h about 200 mm from the top of the box, it stops and continues to vacuum for more than 4 hours.

3. Transformer oil filling: Transformer oil filling after vacuum filling, need to be injected through the tank oil injection pipe, strictly prohibited from the lower throttle injection, oil injection should be slowly injected into the transformer until the required oil level, and then static for 12 hours.
