这种固定长度的生产线专门设计用于将各种形状的变压器芯板切割成带状。生产线可加工轭、腿、中腿等形状，操作员只需选择所需形状，生产线可根据需要自动生产。

该生产线采用自动控制系统，全自动化，生产率高，精度高。

这个横剪线是两剪两冲数控横剪线，可分为两剪两冲横剪线、两剪两冲步进横剪线和两剪两冲中心定位步进横剪线这三个系列。同样，每个系列都有300、400、500、600等多种型号。

1、两剪两冲横剪线是首代产品，经济实惠满足大部分中小型企业的需求，适合剪切同批次硅钢片片宽单一的片型，没有步进功能。

2、而两剪两冲步进横剪线是第二代产品，它在首代产品的基础上增加了步进功能和自动理料功能，片型大小可以层层递减，不用重新输入大小，操作简便，加上自动理料功能，大大减少了整理硅钢片的时间。

3、两剪两冲中心定位步进横剪线是第三代产品，此产品不再是传统的测定位，硅钢片不再是从边上通过并剪冲，而是从中心位置通过并剪冲。相比于市场上的测定位或者中心定位的横剪线，此第三代两剪两冲中心定位步进横剪线有以下三个优点：

a、中心定位送料，送料辊不易磨损，送料辊质量轻，惯性小，高速送料准确。

b、在横剪线的“两剪”方面，剪1固定45°而剪2可以在90°与135°之间切换，便于调节剪床段的剪切角度。

c、出料机料接方便。出料机通过伸缩台使得冲剪完毕之后的硅钢片接料方便。

The operation is simple, and with the automatic material handling function, it greatly reduces the time required to organize silicon steel sheets.

3. The center positioning step cross cutting line with two cuts and two punches is the third generation product, which is no longer the traditional positioning measurement. The silicon steel sheet no longer passes through the edges and is cut and punched, but passes through the center position and is cut and punched. Compared to the horizontal cutting lines with positioning or center positioning in the market, this third-generation two cut two punch center positioning stepper horizontal cutting line has the following three advantages:

a、 Central positioning feeding, the feeding roller is not easily worn, the feeding roller is lightweight, has low inertia, and high-speed feeding is accurate.

b、 In terms of the "two cuts" of the horizontal cutting line, Cut 1 is fixed at 45 ° while Cut 2 can be switched between 90 ° and 135 °, making it easy to adjust the cutting angle of the cutting bed section.
